The Women's Empowerment Unit at the College of Law, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, organized a workshop titled:
"Choosing Academic Specializations After Graduation and Aligning Them with the Labor Market." The workshop was presented by Asst. Lecturer Yusra Nayef Nouri, as part of the college's efforts to support and empower women and enhance students' awareness of academic and career options.
The workshop addressed several important topics, most notably the importance of choosing academic specializations that align with personal interests and abilities, identifying the most in-demand specializations in the labor market, and explaining how to align a specialization with market demands through acquiring supporting skills and continuous training. It also focused on strengthening the role of women and empowering them to make informed academic and career decisions that contribute to building a successful professional future.
The workshop aimed to enable students to choose a suitable specialization that meets the demands of the labor market and provides them with better opportunities in their professional lives, in line with the college's commitment to supporting human development and empowering women academically and professionally.
