 On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, Engineering Technical College, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, held a workshop entitled “Registrations and Instructions for Examination Committees” for the academic year 2023-2024.

 Deputy Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Raed N. Al-Obaidi and the Head of the Medical Devices Department, Dr. Adnan H. Abdel-Kadhim, both lectured in the workshop, in the presence of the teaching staff at the college.

 The workshop included discussing all examination instructions and emphasizing full compliance with what was stated in the final examination management guide for preliminary studies in a way that ensures the integrity of the examination process.

 It also clarified the tasks of hall supervisors and observers inside the examination hall in terms of managing the examinations and the examination hall, how to deal with students inside the examination hall, how to prevent cases of cheating and deal with them if they occur, and organize students’ entry into the examination halls, in order to ensure the smoothness of the examination process.
