To create an advanced scientific and professional environment that strives to raise the level of health and physical performance and to provide rigorous educational and training opportunities based on modern scientific standards. This includes supporting scientific research and developing students' skills to keep pace with developments in sports and educational sciences, thereby serving the needs of the community.
