The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Ayen Iraqi University organizes a workshop on "Gender Justice Standards and Its Role in Institutional Development."
Under the sponsorship of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences held a workshop entitled "Gender Justice Standards and Its Role in Institutional Development." The workshop was part of the Continuing Education Program's lectures and workshops schedule, and was held in cooperation with the Women's Empowerment Unit at the college and university.
The workshop was presented by:

The workshop aimed to establish a culture of gender justice as a core value in the academic work environment and to highlight its role in promoting institutional development and achieving a balance of responsibilities and opportunities within educational institutions.
The workshop included several topics, most notably:
Defining the concept of gender justice in the institutional environment.
The role of equality in raising performance and administrative development.
The importance of empowering women in academic and sports institutions.
The workshop concluded with an open discussion session between professors and students, where participants emphasized the need to continue holding such activities that contribute to developing institutional thinking and promoting human values within the academic community.
