The University Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, organized a specialized workshop entitled "Mental Health." The workshop targeted first-year students from various academic departments, aligning with the college's plan to enhance educational and psychological counseling and prepare new students for their academic journey.

The workshop focused on introducing participants to the foundations of psychological stability and how to achieve a balance between academic demands and personal life. It offered practical advice on adapting to the university environment and overcoming social challenges and psychological pressures that students may face at the beginning of their studies. The workshop also highlighted modern, scientific methods for dealing with exam anxiety that support academic excellence and professional creativity.

The college deanship emphasized that this initiative is part of the university's vision to build a well-rounded student personality and provide a supportive learning environment for mental and physical health. The workshop witnessed broad interaction and extensive discussions between lecturers and students, contributing to providing direct moral support and clarifying the importance of psychological balance for future success.
