The College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Ayen Iraqi University held a specialized workshop under the auspices of the college deanship and the supervision of the Central Examinations Committee. The workshop aimed to review and clarify the instructions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the examination process.

The workshop witnessed wide participation from heads of academic departments, faculty members, and members of the subcommittees responsible for monitoring examination halls.

The workshop included a comprehensive explanation of the responsibilities imposed upon invigilators and examination committees, from preparing examination halls and distributing exam questions to procedures for handling emergencies and ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards that guarantee the rights of students and the educational institution. The presenters also emphasized the importance of accuracy in the correction and verification processes, both paper-based and electronic, and the necessity of adhering to the specified deadlines for uploading results to official records and approved digital systems.
