The College of Management and Economics at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Department, announces a workshop entitled "The Culture of Dialogue and Respect for Differing Opinions within the University."

The workshop will be presented by Ms. Zahra Hussein Ali Al Quraishi, as part of the college's ongoing efforts to promote academic and human values and to instill the principles of understanding and tolerance within the university environment. This workshop aims to develop students' constructive dialogue skills, enhance their ability to accept and engage with diverse opinions in a civilized manner based on mutual respect, and promote a culture of peaceful coexistence while reducing manifestations of intellectual intolerance and negative conflicts on campus. The workshop also seeks to develop participants' effective communication skills, contributing to the building of a conscious and cooperative university community that reflects a positive image of the academic institution. The college invites all students to participate in this workshop, given its importance in developing their personal and social skills in line with the demands of university and professional life.
