The Students Affairs and Attestation Department is one of the essential departments at Al-Ayen University. This is because it concerns about the main axes of the University activities which is the students and the graduates. The department has witnessed great development in its organization and activities along the period of its establishment. It contains a number of divisions: (separate Division for Registering the Preliminary Studies for each Colleges of Dentistry, Pharmacy, Oil Engineering, Health and Medical   and Physical Education and Sport Science. Besides the Documents and Certificates Division and Personal and Administration Division. The Department is affiliated with the Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs.
