 The Twenty-Second International Conference on Natural and Applied Sciences was held under the title (Natural and Applied Sciences from one development to another) under the slogan (Let us make the natural and applied sciences an incubator for scientists).  The conference was held in the city of Dubai in UAE in the period January 24-25,2024 under the auspices of Tikrit University, Imam University College, and Al-Ayen Iraqi University, in addition to some other universities, and with the participation of the Director of the Department of Private University Education the esteemed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Faris M. Alwan. The university was represented  in this scientific forum by Deputy Dean for Administrative Affairs Dr. Moudi L. Al-Jashami.

 The conference curriculum included an opening speech by the conference president Prof. Dr. Ghassan Izz al-Din Arif from Tikrit University, speeches by the representatives of the participating universities, and a video presentation for the other participating universities. The pride was noted by the request of the doctoral student Fares Mahdi to be represented the video of the Al-Ayen Iraqi University after it was shown for the first time. The event involved participating researchers discussing their scientific research before the committee over the course of two consecutive days, and the presence of the College of Engineering Technology was represented by a preparatory committee and a supervisor for the conference.

 In conclusion, the participating universities expressed their aspiration to the level of scientific research, discussing it, put it on the sober table, and exchanging topics of creativity and production.
