In an endeavor to develop its infrastructure, Al-Ayen Iraqi University (AUIQ), the Chancellor of the University Prof. Dr. Shafik S. Shafik, the Scientific and Administrative Deputies Assoc Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atheer Y. Odeh, they met with the company implementing the university’s urban expansion project on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

  During this meeting, the final and detailed designs of the project were discussed, which includes adding an area estimated at approximately 2.75 hectares, in addition to a seven-story building used as housing for teachers, and includes a club and landscaping.

  A review of the importance of integrating smart technologies and main and supporting technological systems in all buildings was discussed, according to their importance and mechanism of operation. This meeting is an effective step towards enhancing the quality of the infrastructure of the Al-Ayen Iraqi University.
