The College of Pharmacy at Al-Ayen University held its third annual exhibition of drugs and medicinal plants under the supervision of the Dean of the College Asst. Prof. Dr. Qutaiba A. Qassem and his scientific assistant teacher Mazen A. Najm, in the presence of a number of college deans and their respected assistants, with the participation of third-year students and with the distinguished efforts of the pharmacist Alaa M. Ghazi and more than thirty medicinal plants. They presented the method of extracting medicine from them and the therapeutic benefits of each extracted substance.

The exhibition aims to learn about the methods of extracting active substances from medicinal plants and knowing what these active substances are, and how important they are, and that the active substances from medicinal plants vary according to the type of plant.
