His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, clarified in his speech that the responsibilities of all higher education institutions will be doubled in the coming years, pointing out that the pattern of university education will no longer be limited to traditional paths and systems, which requires enabling universities to keep pace with the changes that require a well educated transformation.
