Al-Ayen University hosted the First Scientific Conference for nursing and health professions on cardiology. It was sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Salih Al-Hasnawi and held by the Nasiriyah Heart Center.

The conference is part of a series of scientific conferences that are held within the framework of joint cooperation between Al-Ayen University and the Department of Health. It included 28 scientific papers, aiming to highlight the research and scientific studies related to heart disease and medical and health services provided in this field by health and nursing staff.

And that the university, within its plan relating to the framework of cooperation with institutions, seeks in a large way to overcome all difficulties in order to serve the scientific and research process, which reflects positively on the province and the country.
