The lecturer at the College of Oil Engineering, Dr. Eng. Najeh Yousef Al-Ali, was promoted to the rank of assistant professor having passed the scientific requirements for promotion, including publishing researches and scientific activities that were scientifically evaluated. Hence he was awarded the promotion in accordance with the conditions and regulations in force.

It is noteworthy that the teacher has taught many specialized subjects at the college and published a number of papers in solid scientific journals, and some of his works were published in various publishing houses.
