Al-Ayen University continues to register its global presence in the Indonesian UI GREEN rankings, which reflects its interests in community development and environmental sustainability issues, its commitment to environmentally friendly practices, and its keenness to raise awareness within its campus and community activities. It is worth noting that the aforementioned classification is based on 6 main criteria involving measuring a number of indicators: the work environment and infrastructure on the campus, energy and climate change, waste management, optimal use of water, and the extent of interest in environmental sustainability in the field of education and within its academic programs, and in the field of campus transport and mobility.
