Al Ayen University ranked 78 out of 129 public and private universities and colleges across Iraq in terms of publishing researches in Scopus Indexes.

The President of Al Ayen University, Prof. Dr. Shafeeq Shakir Shafeeq announced, "A dramatic improvement is taking place in the process of publishing researches in Scopus and Clarvet Aspects by Iraqi researchers'. He also declared that the University has paid great interest in motivating its teaching staff to publish their researches in those indexes. He affirmed that " researchers of Al Ayen University were able, within two and a half years of the establishment, to reach advanced positions in this regard by publishing 35 scientific researches.

He added that the university will obtain advanced ranks having held its second international scientific conference in mid-July last year, which was the largest international scientific conference in Iraq in terms of the number of participating researches, by having 586 researches.
