The College of Pharmacy Council at Al-Ayen University held its sixth meeting for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The College of Pharmacy Council at Al-Ayen University held its sixth meeting for the 2025-2026 academic year, chaired by Dr. Haider Hamed Al-Anbari, Dean of the College and Head of the Council, with all council members in attendance.
The meeting was inaugurated by expressions of gratitude and appreciation to the faculty, administrative staff, examination committee, and all college employees for their exceptional efforts during the first semester, particularly in successfully completing the end-of-semester exams for all academic levels and the mid-semester exams for first-year students. The council recommended presenting letters of appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of this phase.
The council then discussed several items on its agenda, including course assignments for the second semester of the current academic year, preparations and logistical support for assessment materials, and the weekly class schedules.
The progress of fifth-year students' graduation projects was also reviewed, highlighting the main obstacles they face, and recommendations were made to take the necessary measures to address these challenges and remove any obstacles for the students.
In the same context, the council discussed the examination committee's preparations for organizing the final exams for the first semester of the first year, in accordance with the approved academic calendar. Emphasis was also placed on implementing the attendance system according to the approved examination regulations.
The council concluded its session by discussing a range of academic, administrative, and organizational issues aimed at improving performance and ensuring the continued progress of the educational process at the college.
